WANRRANTY AND RETURNS
We put much attention to detail so that the quality of our products stand behind the integrity of our designs and offer you an exceptional experience. We also offer a 30-day limited customer service satisfaction warranty which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the first 30-days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

The product must not be damaged or show any deterioration signs.
The product must have original labels, sales invoices, accessories and packaging (including manuals, user guides, warranty certificates, etc.)
The product must not show signs of wear or dirt.
Its original design must not have been modified.
Does not apply to promotional and / or discount items.
SinuForYou cannot guarantee the availability of inventory for exchanges.

The exchange will be made for a value equal to or greater than the initial part.
If the value is higher, the customer must assume this difference.
The shipping cost of the return label will be deducted from your order.
The procedure for claiming warranty is as follows:

Send an email to shop@sinuforyou.com with the subject CHANGE AND / OR PC WARRANTY. Include in the message the reason for the change, name of the product you bought, date of purchase and photograph of the damage.
Send us the product with the following information:

Once the product is received and accepted by SinuForYou, we will send you a reply about you requirement, within the following 5 business days. If the product does not meet the requirements to be accepted by MILA, the customer will be notified of the reasons for rejection. Otherwise, SinuforYou will replace your item with the same item, if available. If the item is unavailable, a gift code will be sent, for the current listed price. We are unable to refund money for international orders.
